Return Window

You may return your item(s) within 12 days from the date you receive your goods. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@gemsdirect.online within 12 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are in their original condition and packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
